A moussy, creamy, fresh and light Champagne, with velvet apples and cream character. There is a touch of citrus, but this so-fruity wine is lively and instantly delicious.

20 Jul, 2018 – A very fresh, approachable and fleshy cuvée with a super fresh, lime and lemon palate. Bright, fresh and easy. Contains a minimum of 40 per cent reserve wine, based around the 2014 harvest. Drink now.

The NV Brut is an attractive, entry-level wine laced with ripe pears, hazelnuts, spices and dried flowers. An understated, floral finish makes it hard to resist a second taste. This mid-weight, accessible, beautifully balanced Champagne is best suited for drinking over the next two to three years. I especially like the way NV Brut opens up with time in the glass.
It was the only Champagne awarded by Wine Spectator magazine in its Top 100 classification for 2008
